Mike you and I probably went to school with me i lived on east 16 betw ave t and u--left brooklyn in 70 Ave u still the same except Korean,Russian,Greek restaurants everywhere Ave u seemed narower jamed dirtier and busy,busy,busy.
My old house that mom sold in 77 for $39,000 sold for $434,000 4 years ago
because the subway was right there -got to speak to the new owners who were supprised I told them about the patio and bridge my father and I built in the 50's Art Cunningham and Madison 1960
