Bill, you lived down the block from me. I grew up on East 31 Street between I&J. I guess we went to the same schools, I graduated from Midwood in 1967 but couldn't find you in the yearbook.

And I have to admit, there's a lot I miss about Brooklyn. But, so much has changed, I doubt I'd find anything I remembered still there. The people who bought our house cemented over the garden, grass and my grandpa's fig tree from Italy to make parking spaces. I couldn't take the noise, crowds and everything that goes with it. I'll just keep my good memories.
