They just can't duplicate the NY bagels here in Florida. They have the same people making them here as in NY but the end result is different. Maybe a new business will evolve that will truck NY water down to Florida so we could get some decent bagels and other products that depend on water quality. Pastrami, corned beef, bialys, pizza crust. Oh, did I mention bagels?
