I agree the water is harder down here, but being told by a guy who made his life out of making pizza, etc. I am not going to doubt it and his pizza was damm good too.

This guy here in Spring Hill who recently came down from Bensonhurst has duplicated Brooklyn pizza here. He's not importing the water :)
I must say this guy has been to first Ive seen to duplicate it, not just get close. If you are ever in spring hill, you'll have to try it and let me know.
