Dr.Pyka had an office in Maspeth on Grand Ave, near 69th St. He lived on Ankener Ave in Elmhurst a few doors down from my family. We also used Dr.Simcik whose office was on Grand Ave and 82nd St. Dentist was Dr. Radick
