Honoring A Long Time Forest Hills Doctor

I am in the process of nominating my ob/gyn Dr. Raphael Reiss of Forest Hills for an American Medical Association award. My application would be a stronger one if I were able to include other patient testimonials. Unfortunately I see the doctor in his Forest Hills, Queens office and I reside in Glendale, Queens so I don't have any female friends or neighbors who also use him.

If anyone reading this is one of Dr. Reiss's patients and would like to help me honor this fine gentleman who has been practicing in Forest Hills for over 40 years, please send me an e-mail.
